I paid a LOT of money for these windows and IF they decide to replace the dozen or so that we currently have , WHY WHY WHY should I have to have the same defective windows installed. This is a SCAM and I plan to pursue legally and report to Consumer Affairs at Phila.'s Attorney General's office. I will likely have to have another window company replace the glass. Needless to say everything to eye promised they did not deliver on. Well 4 days after installing of new roof my dormers are leaking. Leaked into the brand new room I had just finished. Now I’m playing phone tag with their managers to get them to pay for the damages .

We had a separate install day for the front door and once again the man was professional and courteous and did a wonderful job with the installation of the door. He also helped with looking at the front and the back outside and inside door framing and helped me make some decisions there.
I was put on hold and when they came back they lied and said this conversation never happened and that I was wrong. You'd think after spending this much money and being inconvenience multiple times to get the correct windows installed, taking an additional 30 minutes to clean them isn't too much to ask for. I will never work with or recommend this company to anyone. We had all our windows replaced by this company in 2014 and have had to replace nearly all the windows for broken seal.
Measured for 5 windows only put 4 on the order.
We are expecting to need a new roof in a few years and plan to call them again then. The sales experience gave us full details about Power Home Remodeling . Why they do the things they do along with detail of the windows. Mostly this was the salesperson asking us questions. They also gave a demonstration of the windows insulation quality.

They do provide a good product as far as I know. Their installation team was effective and fast. The problem is that once they ruin something in your house, good luck trying to get them. The top vinyl panel on the front of the house became "disconnected" from it's upper channel and bulged out during the last week of May, 2022 while we were on vacation. I called Power's warranty line during the first week of June, 2022 and was told this problem would be taken care of in November, 2022.

It does not make sense did I have to sit here and wait till November 1 for them to come back out here for a job that we started in June 2021. This is the 2nd time we have had to call them out to repair the same window. The install manager had no sense of urgency for our problem, nor did it seem like he was trying to resolve the problem. Salesman Tyler measured for 5 windows only put four on the order, so only the four were installed. Would NOT have paid that much money for just four windows. Tyler lied, scammed and never came back to check the windows out because he knows he screwed up and he should be man enough to admit his errors.
Funds were collected for the unfinished project. A complaint was put in with the Better Business Bureau. Power responded that a window would be installed in June.
We were given a good price and signed a contract, cause our old windows were over 57 years and the outside wood trim were in very bad condition. The second visit to replace the arch window was done in mid-September, but they cut the exact same arch which was incorrect again. Today, October 11th, they showed up to do the final install of the arch and it was surprisingly correct. After getting the final window installed I mentioned to the workers that I was told my windows would be cleaned afterword since they weren't on any of the prior visits.
We were offered the opportunity for a free quote and set a date. Tyler showed up and took pictures of the gutters and scheduled a date and time for them to be installed. Also while here, he measured each window in our home and gave us estimates for replacement when needed, but he did say the windows were in good condition. Tyler was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and a contract was created, as well as the date and time for the installation. The team had our eleven windows installed in 4 1/2 hours and they were hard working and polite as well as professional in every way, answering any questions, we had.
He was polite and courteous as well as enthusiastic about the company itself. Then we had install day and everyone was professional and cleaned up after themselves very well with no damage to the home. The installation crew arrived right on time and were finished with the installation of three windows we first contracted for in 2 hours. They cleaned up completely and again demonstrated the way open and fold down the windows for cleaning. After the installers left, PHR sent an inspector the same day to see that we were satisfied. So much so that we contracted to have the remainder of the house done later this year.
It’s 2022 and the three windows we left the glass broke. So of course I contacted Power and Joe M came over to measure and price out the windows needed. We also got pricing from one other large company for Andersen windows but the price was much much higher. So we decided on Power for pricing value and because in the past they replaced a few broken seal windows sashes. They were nice on the phone to me explained to me how to locate the size and ordered new replacements.

I have a leak in my roof installed by Power Remodeling in 2020. During a hard rainstorm the other day there is leaking into my newborn grandson's bedroom. I called the company and spoke to Nick who stated that I would receive a return call regarding my issues. I have yet to receive that return call to schedule someone to come out and handle the problem. Power Home Remodeling completed a huge job for me in 2020, including all new windows, siding and a French Door amounting to over $35,000. The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago.
